I have been making hand crafted items for over 10 years. I enjoy watching people's faces when they open something that's been hand crafted, that didn't come off the shelf of a store.

Payment

Payment must be made within 2 days of the sale. If there's a delay, please let me know!

We accept Visa, MC, Amex & Discover through Paypal.
No checks or money orders at this time.

Shipping

We ship all our items via USPS Priority Mail.
All packages are insured & sent with delivery notification.
We only ship within the 50 United States.
Additional shipping costs may be incurred for Alaska & Hawaii

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us first at info [!at] favorsbydorinda.com before sending back an item to see if there is something we can do.

If you are not happy with your item you may return it within 14 days. The item must be in the condition it was sent to you for a full refund. Should there be any damages to the item we will not offer a refund. We recommend that you insure the return in case of damages in shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
