Welcome to Sherbears And Crafts! Here, I feature handmade teddy bears and will be adding other crafts soon including cross-stitches. I am very excited to be involved with the Etsy community and meeting new people.

Payment

I gladly accept PayPal, credit card, money order, cashier's checks, or personal check payments.

PLEASE NOTE: (1)If paying with a personal check, I will ship your item once your check clears the bank, which can take up to 10 business days. (2)You do NOT need to be a PayPal member in order to use PayPal when paying with a credit card.

If you are paying with PayPal, I require payment within 3 days of purchase. If you are paying with a money order, cashier's check or personal check, I must receive your payment within 1 week of your purchase.

Shipping

I will ship your item using USPS within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. For example, if I receive your payment on a Friday, I will ship your item no later than Tuesday (unless Monday is a holiday).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For TEDDY BEARS I use USPS Priority Mail. With USPS shipping, insurance is optional. If you would like insurance, I will add it to your shipping cost and adjust your invoice accordingly. I automatically use delivery confirmation with USPS shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, I use USPS Priority Mail International for teddy bears. PLEASE NOTE that the buyer is responsible for any and all duties, customs or import taxes and charges that may be incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like a different shipping method than the ones outlined above (example: Express instead of Priority), I will happily adjust your shipping cost accordingly and send out your package at the method you prefer. And of course, if you are making multiple purchases from this store, I will be able to combine shipping and costs. I CANNOT however, combine shipping of items from this store with items from our other shop due to differences in dimension.

Refunds and Exchanges

I work very hard to list and photograph my items accurately. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), you must return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of your purchase. I will then refund the purchase price of your item. I normally cannot refund any of the shipping costs. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
