See the following for all of those mind-numbing details that may answer your questions. If I missed something, feel free to ask. All items come from a smoke-free, pet-free, fragrance-free space.

Payment

I prefer payment with Paypal but will accept money orders and personal checks. Items bought with personal checks will be shipped when the checks clear. If you live in New York state, you will have to pay sales tax.
Paypal payment or notification of payment by check is required within 3 days.

Shipping

Most items will be shipped within 48 hours via USPS; with Christmas approaching, I will try to get items out the day of an order. I reuse shipping materials when I can. Jewelry will be packed in a white gift box and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. Beadwork instructions are emailed in a PDF or placed in a plastic sheet protector and shipped in an 8.5 " x 11" envelope. Books will be sent via Media Mail.
All items will be mailed with a delivery confirmation number. Insurance is up to you but I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged item that does not have insurance on it. First class mail may take just 3-7 days in the U.S. and 7-10 days to another coutry,but delays may happen at any time.
Should you need expedited shipping via FedEx or similar company, that can be arranged.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to make photographs resemble the actual item as closely as possible, but there is no substitute for seeing the actual piece. Wearable items (jewelry, hats, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of receipt as long as they are in original condition. Return postage will be deducted from the refund. Sorry, books and instructions may not be returned.
