Payment

I accept Paypal, Creditcard (via Paypal only) and Payment via bank account.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2 days after payment received.

All items are packed in a clear plastic bag and shipped in a bubble mailer, so they arrive in perfect shape.

All international orders are shipped via airmail. Shipping usually takes:
1-2 days within Germany
3-5 days within Europe
3-6 days to the US/Canada

If you're interested in secured shipping and/or online tracing for your order, please convo me and I'll be glad to let you know about pricing.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all my customers to be absolutely happy with their purchase. So if you have any concern with your purchased item, please convo me as soon as possible so we can work it out.

** Gift wrapping **

If you like to send an item from my shop as gift, I'll be glad to offer free gift wrapping and a special note. Just convo me!


** Custom orders / Alchemy **

Sorry, I'm not taking custom orders at the moment, as I'm currently working on lots of new stuff for the shop! But if you're interested in a custom order just convo me and I'll be glad to let you know as soon as custom orders are available again.
