This is where you will find some lovingly handmade, one of a kind pieces. I do my best to accurately describe through photos and descriptions each item, but if you have any specific queries please do not hesitate to convo me.

Payment

Australian customers have the option of paying through direct bank deposit. Please convo me for more details before purchasing.

Shipping

Please check that your Paypal and Etsy ship to addresses match. If you need the shipping to go to a different address or name, PLEASE let me know.

I ship anywhere in the world, all quotes are with priority Italian airmail, which takes approximately 7-10 days to arrive in the US, a bit longer for Australia. If you would like express or registered mail, please convo me for a quote.

Shipping goes out the day after receiving an order (please keep in mind that Italy is roughly 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time in the US, about 8-10 hours behind Australia, or 1 hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time). If you are in a hurry, please let me know, I will try to do my best to get you your items on time, however also know that the Italian post is notoriously slow so sometimes delays can be expected, so if you know you need your sorellina item for a particular date, PLEASE consider the timing the postage takes and leave plenty of time for it! You just never know!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose your sorellina item carefully, as I generally do not do refunds. If there is some problem with the item, I can however do an exchange for a similarly priced item (or custom item) as long as the original is returned within 7 days of receiving it at the cost of the customer. The new item will be shipped out to you totally free of charge.

Unfortunately any lost items in the post cannot be replaced (these are usually one of a kind pieces), but if this very sad thing does happen, convo me and I'll try my best to organise a replacement.

To look after your sorellina jewelry, it's quite easy: WEAR YOUR PIECES OFTEN!

The best way to keep the luster in your silver jewelry, gems and pearls is to wear them - contact with the skin keeps them looking lovely. If you have some silver jewelry that has oxidised (with exposure to sunlight and oxygen it will happen pretty easily), the safest and best solution is to give your jewelry a little soak in a glass of water with some bicarbonate of soda added to it. This non-toxic solution is also great for pieces that include coral, pearls, mother of pearl or gems.
