towhee's Shop Policies

Payment

if you are new to Etsy you can purchase items from this shop through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. simply click the PayPal Buy Now button in the check-out process and follow the instructions to use your credit card.

towhee accepts PayPal as the payment method.
if your PayPal payment is not received in full within three days of purchase then your order will be canceled.

sales tax will apply to purchases in washington state.

Shipping

your purchase will be sent by usps. i try, when i have a ready supply, to wrap your package in remnants from my quilting projects (such as cotton batting). but if that supply runs low i will wrap your package in other materials, such as bubblewrap or possibly include foam peanuts. please know that plastic materials are re-used from items sent to me to keep these packaging supplies out of landfills. i don't purchase plastic packaging and am a advocate for bringing your own bags while shopping and to the grocery store (hopefully i will be offering some of my quilted + appliqued shopping bags in the future at towhee).

Refunds and Exchanges

cards with envelops and patterns are not returnable. other purchases may be returned for the purchase price if returned in perfect condition within a week of purchase. all shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
