Payment

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal ONLY. I will consider money orders on an individual basis, but you must email me before purchasing! Payment is expected within 12 hours or item will be restocked.

Shipping

SHIPPING: For domestic purchases, I ship via first class mail with delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for item(s) after they are shipped. I offer shipping insurance if you would like to purchase it for an additional $2. I will refund any shipping overpayment above $2.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are welcome! Shipping to Canada is the same as domestic shipping, unless stated differently in the listing. Please be advised that delivery times may be longer due to customs. Shipping for international purchases is available in each listing. I do my best to accurately quote shipping, but if shipping charges are more than $1 above my quote, I will send a paypal invoice for the additional charges. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

WARRANTIES: I guarantee the workmanship and materials of my items for 45 days. This applies to the original purchaser only. If something happens with your product during this time, please let me know and I will work to fix it.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Your happiness with the product is very important to me! I encourage you to ask questions before you order. I will accept returns if the item is defective or grossly misrepresented. I will offer a replacement or store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are at my discretion. Returned item(s) must be unwashed/unused and in the original packaging. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s).

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS:
A deposit will be required at the time of purchase. This amount will be applied to your final invoice and IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exception is if you choose an item that is less than the deposit. Then the overpayment will be refunded.
Customs must be PAID IN FULL before any work will begin
Decisions regarding fabric, sizes, etc AND final payment on custom orders must be received within 72 hours or your custom slot may be dropped. This is at my discretion.
Custom Orders are NON RETURNABLE, unless defective
Please allow up to four weeks for custom orders to be completed.
