Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. Australian buyers can choose to pay by direct deposit and this would be my preferred payment type. Just select the appropriate method in checkout. If you choose direct deposit I will send my account details via email.

Shipping

All items ship from Brisbane in Australia.

I send items via standard Australia Post Air mail.

i am happy to combine postage if you purchase multiple items.

The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or duty that may be charged by your country.

I will usually post purchases within 2 days of payment being received.
Post to Europe and the U.S (and most other countries) generally takes 7 - 14 days. On the odd occasion it can take a little longer.

All Items will be wrapped nicely, and then again with protective wrapping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make every effort to describing my items correctly, so please read the item descriptions well.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by convo or e-mail (familylyons@hotmail.com) within 3 days of receipt of the item. If the item is returned in its original condition, the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping. Items which have been used and not in their original condition cannot be returned either.

All my items are carefully checked and rechecked, before posted! Your happiness is important to me.
