Welcome

Welcome to my Etsy shop. I work with a large variety of techniques and materials. I make custom jewelry and paintings as well. I try to price my work fairly, based on the number of hours it took to make each item and on the cost of the materials. For example, an oil painting is more expensive than an acrylic painting, and jewelry with crystal is more expensive than jewelry with just glass.

If you see an item you like but would like it in a different size, color, or finish, please don't hesitate to contact me. For example, if you see a white pearl necklace but would like it in blue crystal instead, I will be happy to custom make it for you and list it just for you at a time of your choosing.

Check back often as I am just getting established and am adding new items every few days!

Payment

I accept PayPal (instant transfer and credit cards) and personal check. If you have another preferred payment method, please contact me to ask me about it before you purchase an item. I will work with you. Payment is expected within seven days of purchasing the item. If you have extenuating circumstances that will cause your payment to be outside of this seven-day window, please contact me. Otherwise the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1 business day (24 hours) of receiving payment. Shipping is USPS first class shipping unless you request a more expedited service.

Standard USPS shipping for jewelery purchased on my Etsy site is free but the customer must pay for upgrades in shipping or insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are issued for items that are damaged upon receipt. Seller does not accept returns for items that are damaged with regular use. The customer assumes responsibility to care for the handcrafted jewelry or artwork. Seller is not responsible for items lost in the mail that are not insured. Insurance may be purchased for any piece of jewelry for $1.00 US and any painting for $3.00 US.
