Hi, and thank you so much for considering one of my pieces. Each item is made with the highest spiritual intentions, and I am sure you will find these crystals just as helpful as I do.

Payment

I accept PayPal and money orders. Please be aware that for money orders, your shipment will not be mailed until I receive your payment. Please mail the money order as soon as possible; if it's not received within two weeks, I'll have to cancel the order. Feel free to discuss this with me if you have any questions.

Any orders that are unpaid after seven days will be canceled. If you need to make special arrangements, again, please email me.

Shipping

Items are mailed 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

I ship items via USPS first class or international first class. Unfortunately, these services do not provide tracking numbers or guaranteed delivery times. If you need either of these services, let me know and I'll inform you of the additional shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to package each item carefully. If you receive a damaged item, please let me know immediately. I'll be happy to either fix it or replace your piece if it's returned within 30 days of purchase.
