After much trial & error I strongly believe it to be the truth for myself that when I suppress my creativity I am mentally not in alignment with God, the Universe etc... whatever you want to call it. But I don't feel like myself. Therefore I create to be free; hence Create & Be Free⢠!!!!
I take the Good, the Bad & the Ugly from the past and embrace it with the present! That is what makes us who we are, what makes us Unique & Special.
Each of my designs comes from that place. KNOW that I KNOW that it's YOU that makes each of my designs Unique & Special!
Payment
Whatever PayPal takes! Remember you don't have to sign up with PayPal to use it BUT if PayPal does not work for you Call me. I can take Visa & MC over the phone and manually charge your CC for faster service.
Money Orders & personal Checks are fine, BUT your order will not be shipped until funds have been released. Please make money order/checks payable to: TIMELESS & CHIC, LLC.
Cancellations are within 24 hours from the time you placed your Order. No Exceptions, email us immediately!
Shipping
I use Priority Mail. 4-5 days from the time you purchase your item. You want your stuff quicker, cause you have a special occasion that weekend and HAVE to wear, well I totally get it, so If you don't mind paying the shipping, I don't mind shipping it out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry NO Returns. Exchanges only within the first 30 days. If and/or when we do receive your item within the first 30 days and we see that there was obvious damage to the item, well sorry, its still your belt, I'll do what I can to mend it, but I will be sending you that same belt back :(
I guarantee my designs with a 1 year warranty: If anything falls off, I will refurbish the item, I only ask that you please ship the item to me.
If your item is damaged due to your career change in the Hollywood stunt world and your design is FUBAR'ed, sorry, your warranty is now null & Void. BUT... if this incident happens within the warranty time I will give you a 15% discount on your next purchase ONLY IF you send me a picture of the damage.
If you loose your belt, well, like they say, we must all learn from our misfortunes :( So sorry! Bummer, I know, I don't know what to tell ya- that sucks!
Additional Policies and FAQs
ALWAYS ask whatever your question may be. The worst thing I could say is "no." So feel free to ask away.
If there is something specific you'd like on a belt let me know, I maybe able to get it.
Right now I probably wouldn't consider wholesale. Its takes too long to make them.
My intention is to have 1-3 New designs every month. That may change due to the volume of my orders, but, that's what I'm going for.
