welcome to rhradcliffedesigns. This is my fun site where I have watercolors, prints, jewelry and Aceos. I enjoy working in various mediums so I hope my shop reflects this joy.

Payment

Accepted payments are paypal and personal checks. Items are shipped upon receipt of payment. Personal checks must clear first.
Cancellation of items must be done immediately so items may be placed back in inventory.

Shipping

I try to keep shipping cost low, as no profit is made from it.

Shipping will be 1st class USPS unless an alternate form is requested, in which case the shipping cost will be readjusted. In cases of insurance that too will be done upon request, this also will affect the price of shipping.Items will be shipped out as soon as payment is received, unless the items are prepared by a second party since all orders are created with receipt of order.

International customs will be used as required.

Refunds and Exchanges

it is my goal that each buyer be happy with my items. In case of damage, let me know within a week of receipt. Watercolors, prints and Aceos may be returned in case of damage, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of buyer.
