Payment
♥♥ PAYMENT ♥♥
PayPal
However,
You can submit your payment by credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
Money Order
If you are going to pay by Money Order, please contact me and let me know.
Payment must be made within 2 days of your purchase, unless you notify me.
Shipping
♥♥ SHIPPING ♥♥
I ship USPS via Priority (2-3 Business days delivery) in a sealed USPS Priority box to protect you purchased item(s) and for a faster shipping experience for you.
If you are interested in insurance, I can add that to the shipping cost, but you must convo me in advance so I can change the shipping charge to reflect the correct cost.
All BLOOME clothing is shipped 1-2 days after COMPLETION.

Your purchased item(s) will be shipped to the address that is on your PayPal account, so be sure your account address is accurate before you purchase your item(s).
If there is a different shipping address indicated on your Etsy account and your Paypal account I will send you a convo and or an email to please confirm the correct shipping address. I will not ship your package until I have confirmation of the correct shipping address.
PayPal will not cover either party's expenses should your purchase be shipped to a different address.
Bloome is not responsible for lost packages or damages by the USPS. I do take the most of care to protect your product by a padded envelope or box (depending on order size) to prevent this, but accidents do happen.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥♥ REFUND/EXCHANGE ♥♥
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me for a refund or exchange of your item for another of equal or lesser price. Exchanges or refunds must be done within 10 days of the shipping date on your invoice. To arrange for a refund or exchange you must contact me via convo. Items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped before a refund/exchange can be made. Your return shipping fees will not be refunded.
♥♥ Refund Contact-International Customers ♥♥
I will allow a longer contact time of 15 days, from shipping date on the purchase invoice, for an International purchase due to the shipping time involved.
