Welcome to Life is but a Charm. Here your will find all sorts of pendants. Each one makes a statement. What's yours?

I make a lot of pendants look old or vintage, which means they might look faded or missing lines/words. That's what I'm after.

I also offer sterling silver-plated ball chain or snake chain.

My ultimate goal is to bring you jewelry that will put a smile on your face.

Payment

I only accept Paypal. You can pay for your item by using your credit card or bank debit card (or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.) If you are paying by echeck through Paypal, I will hold your item until payment has cleared. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. A message through email and Etsy conversation will be sent within 24 hours. If there is no contact with me or if payment is not received within 3 days, I will cancel the sale, relist the item and leave negative feedback.

Texas tax is 8.250% and is automatically taken out at the time of purchase. It will show up on your Paypal payment.

Shipping

All U.S. shipping is done through USPS first class mail. Items are sent in a padded envelope. It will take approximately 3 to 10 days to receive your package after purchase. Priority shipping through USPS is available for $5.00. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact me if you would like priority shipping and/or insurance, so I can send you an invoice with the additional cost.

I try my best to ship within 2 business days or sooner. If payment is received on a Friday, I will ship the following Monday.

All international orders are sent USPS First Class Air Mail that takes from 7-10 days for delivery. Buyer is responsible for duty or tax fees. There is no delivery confirmation for overseas packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a defect with either the pendant or chain, please contact me immediately. I will arrange for an exchange or refund, but the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on my part, shipping costs for the returned item will not be refunded. The item you are returning must be in unused condition before refunding your purchase price.
