Welcome

Welcome! This site was created with the intent of sharing the history of the Kingdom of Byrd with the general public. These portraits of famous penguins have recently been unearthed and open up some brand new and exciting information about penguin society. Keep an eye on this site, as our explorers are constantly finding new portraits to share with the world!

Payment

I accept any form of Paypal. If you would like to pay through a different method, convo me and we can work something out. Paypal is the easiest method for most, that's why I use it.

Shipping

All prints will be mailed in a cardboard mailer to protect the prints from bending.

I ship Monday through Friday through USPS. Delivery Confirmation is included in the price of shipping. If you want additional security like insurance, let me know and I will provide it at an additional cost.

If your paypal address differs from your etsy address, I will convo you to ask you which address you prefer. I will not ship the item until you have responded with your preferred address, to avoid confusion.

For international orders I will also ship through USPS. Any custom fees are the buyer's responsibility.

The shipping fee listed also includes handling fees; this is why the postage on the box is different from the shipping charge on etsy. The handling fee covers the box, wrapping, and gas to get to the store. If you feel you have been overcharged, send me a convo and we'll work out the exact charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item is damaged or not to the specifications you believe were promised, then please convo me and we will work something out. Refunds and exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis, because I want you to be happy with your order!
