Payment

I accept most recognized forms of payment, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Order, Check, and even cash (US dollars only), although I'm not sure sending cash in the mail is a good idea, so I don't recommend it

Check or money order payments should be mailed promptly. If you're using that method of payment, please contact me to let me know payment is on its way. I'll ship your item as soon as the check clears, which usually takes 3-7 days.

Payment using a credit card or Paypal should be done at checkout, (best), but within two days is acceptable.

*If you need to cancel your order please contact me right away.

Shipping

Shipping

I ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, usually using USPS, but speed of delivery and cost can sometimes make FedEX or UPS a better choice, and I do occasionally use them.

As stated above, I do wait to ship until after checks have cleared.

Shipping Insurance is optional. If you'd like it, just let me know.

I do ship internationally. Any customs fees are paid by you, the buyer.

Please have your Etsy & PayPal address current. I always try to cross-reference addresses, but if your Etsy address is different from your PayPal address, I will contact you before shipping, which can slow things down.

If you need your package sent to a work or other address,
please include a note in the message to seller during checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Shopping online can be difficult, but I want your experience to be a good one. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery for instructions. I will refund your money (minus the postage paid to ship it to you) after the item has been returned to me in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Wholesale orders: I love wholesale!
Minimum order: $100
Pricing: 50% of retail; On Mega Blossoms and China Blossoms, retail i normally $35 and $15, respectively. I do cut my online retail customers a bit of a deal here. On all other items, wholesale price is 50% of the stated price.
