Welcome

Hello and welcome. I've been selling on etsy for over 2 years (http://baileybowls.etsy.com). I just recently opened this store just to change focus from my other store. Check back often and watch our expansion.

Payment

Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchasing. I accept paypal as a form of payment.

Shipping

I ship within 1- 3 days after payment has been received. I spend a lot of time packaging these pieces. I ship via USPS Priority mail. Delivery is within 2-3 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please don't hesitate to let me know if a ceramic piece arrived damaged. I will work through refunds or creating a replacement piece for you.
