Shipping

Shipping Rates: Elli Bath & Beauty uses the USPS as our shipping service. We’ve been using them for many years and have been very happy with the relationship. We charge only the exact current rates to your destination using the USPS quotes.

Delivery Estimates: We work hard to ensure that your order is prepared and shipped out as fast as possible as the product allows. Because we make all of our products in small batches to ensure freshness, some products may take a day or two longer to prepare, dry, mix, etc. We will notify you of this extra lead time if it’s apparent with your order.

A note for International shipping: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, our service, or anything at all, please CONVO us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will work hard to fix the problem and find a mutually agreed upon solution so that you are a satisfied customer. Due to the nature of skin-care products and to avoid compromising the integrity of our bath & body products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless we ship you the wrong product. Any packages returned to us without prior notification or authorization will be returned to the sender. Again, please convo us with any of these issues and we will work to resolve it as soon as possible. :)

While we use only body-safe, natural, high quality ingredients in our products, we cannot guarantee our products’ compatibility with all skin types and allergies. Some oils, Cinnamon in particular, is known for its potential irritations and we do not recommend use if your skin has a history of allergies and/or reactions. Please not: Vanilla oils may discolor with time, and this is only a cosmetic external discoloring. The product itself is NOT altered in any way and is still of full use and quality.

All products are for external use only; avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Elli Bath & Beauty, Inc. is not responsible for any allergies or damages incurred with use or misuse of our products. If you have specific skin allergies, please email/convo us before purchase with info about your allergies and we’ll be happy to let you know if those ingredients are in the product you are interested in. If you have skin allergies but are unsure, we recommend trying a skin test by apply a small portion to your skin and waiting 24hrs. Please use at your own risk taking into account any and all personal allergies and sensitivities. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and possibly consult your Doctor. Elli Bath & Beauty’s maximum liability to you is the amount that you paid for the product/s. Your purchase signifies your knowledge and acceptance of the aforementioned information and disclaimers.
