Payment

I accept Money Order as well as PayPal. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.

Shipping

I ship everything First Class (generally 3-day in the US) unless otherwise requested.

Refunds and Exchanges

The only items that may be returned are non-food items, and those must be returned within one week of receiving the item.

For food items, I can not be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Scrabble Tiles:
Pendants are water resistant but not waterproof. Please take the pendant off before bathing, swimming, sitting in a hot tub or sauna, or going out in the rain.

Pendants may have a resin coating, but leaving them out in the sun may cause yellowing over time. Try not to leave the pendant lying out for a prolonged period of time.

Pendants are small (less than 1 inch square) and are not recommended for small children that may put them in their mouths.
