The Yarn Side is a one-girl (if you consider late-20's "girl") operation. The one-girl is Brianna, who feels strongly that inspiration can come from anywhere, and that everyone needs color in their life. She is inspired by film, television, music, and the outdoors the most. Some of her inspiration sources, like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, only shows how much a geek she is, but she's okay with that, and hopes that you are too. :)

Payment

At this time payment is accepted via PayPal. Payment should be made within 5 days of purchase. If you have extenuating circumstances, please send me a Conversation message so that we can discuss them further. I would prefer not to accept any cancellations, but if you find yourself in a situation where you may need to cancel your purchase, please send me a Conversation message so that, again, we can discuss the issue further.

Shipping

Shipping is sent via Priority Mail in the United States. Shipping is sent via First Class International for outside of North America.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds, less shipping costs (from me to you, and you to me), will be provided for returned items if items are returned in an acceptable state. If returning, please let me know via a Conversation message, and let me know what you found unsatisfactory, if the item was in a controlled environment (kept in a box or bag, etc) or if it was open to the elements (outside, inside with animals and overpowering scents).
