Payment

Paypal, checks, or money orders are accepted. Purchase will be shipped within four days of receiving payment. Tax is included in the price of the item.

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS unless otherwise specified. If purchasing more than one item, shipping costs will be combined. If you are within 50 miles of the metro Atlanta area, deliveries/pick-ups are a possibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your pottery, please inspect your order within 1 week of receipt, and please notify me with any concerns within this time period.

If any damage occurs during shipping please keep the box and all contents, and contact me right away. These items may be required for insurance claims through the USPS and UPS.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it within thirty (30) days for an exchange or refund, not including shipping charges. When the item is returned safely your purchase price will be refunded. Please use the original packing materials and any additional materials needed to ship item safely, and include insurance.

I do sell my work on consignment in fine art galleries. I will consider custom and wholesale orders.
