Welcome to Roxi Designs etsy shop! You will find my 'vintage inspired designs with a modern twist' here at my shop. All items are handmade, by me, and arrive ready for gift giving. I strive to make your shopping experience with me a memorable one.

Payment

I only accept payments through Paypal at this time. You don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal. They accept all major credit cards. The process is very easy to use. If you have any questions using Paypal let me know and I will walk you through it.

Shipping

I ship out orders using USPS First Class Mail. But, depending on the size (quantity of items) of your order you may be upgaded to USPS Priority Mail. I will let you know when your package should arrive. I do not ship internationally at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with you Roxi Designs order please let me know as soon as possible. I will issue a full refund if items are returned to me within 21 days of your receiving them. Incase of damage or loss by the USPS please contact me and I will see what can be done to make you happy with your shopping experince.
