***Caring for Garments and Accessories***

● All Grammatique items are to be treated as wearable art, and thus require a little more attention and care when wearing and washing.

●Most Grammatique garments are machine washable on the permanent press or delicate cycle, unless otherwise stated in their description. Garments may also be dried in the dryer unless otherwise specified, although line drying is always best and will increase the life of your garment.

●Grammatique accessories can be delicate and are to be treasured and worn lightly. Please avoid the boxing ring when wearing Grammatique :)


****Customer Service****

I pride myself in excellent customer service and will try to resolve any issues with you during and after your purchase. I am open to conversation and love to answer questions. I value each and every one of my customers as you are the ones who enable me to do what I love!

Payment

●I only accept PayPal for US and international customers.

●Please confirm your address with PayPal if you are using this as your payment method. Please check that the correct shipping address is registered with pay pal to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

Shipping

●All items are shipped on Mondays. This means if you purchase your item for example on a Wednesday it will be shipped out on the following Monday. You will receive a paypal confirmation when your item is shipped.

●All items are shipped USPS priority if offered by USPS for your location. I charge a flat rate of $2.00-$5.00 and $.50-$1.00 for each additional item for all US deliveries. This includes a delivery confirmation number. USPS priority typically takes 2-3 days for delivery, but is not guaranteed.

●All priority packages come with delivery confirmation. Once delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you are concerned about this, please let me know you if you would like to purchase insurance or signature confirmation for domestic orders and I will add $1.50 to your invoice.

*****International Orders******
I do not offer global priority shipping and will not have the option to track packages. I am absolutely not responsible for any lost international mail.


● For International shipping a charge of $9.00 will be added to the basic shipping cost

● I will ship USPS first class if available. First class usually takes 7-14 days for delivery, but this is not guaranteed.

●I am also not responsible for customs charges.



***Gifts***

●If you are sending a gift, please let me know if you would like me to include a personalized note. Please leave me a message indicating the correct address for shipping to gift recipient. I will wrap your purchase in tissue with ribbon and NO receipt will be included.

●Gift certificates are available so please ask if you would like one for a specific amount. If you are interested, please convo me and I will set one up for you to purchase. I will send a formal certificate in the mail for the amount requested.

Refunds and Exchanges

●Please send me an email or conversation to let me know before shipping an item back.

●All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of original payment.

●I will do domestic exchanges if the item does not fit. Buyer agrees to return item in original, unused condition and pay for return shipping. I will offer regular parcel post for reshipment so that it will be a lesser cost to buyer.

● Due to the nature of one of a kind hand made items all returns are handled on an individual basis. If your refund has been approved monies will be refunded in full minus original shipping charge.

● I am not responsible for damages caused by misuse.

Additional Policies and FAQs

●Grammatique is also available for wholesale. If you are a boutique looking to carry Grammatique in your store, please send me an email and I would love to send you price sheets and current selections.

●Grammatique also does custom orders. If you see something you like but want it in a different color or size or something completely new, I would love to make it for you! Email me and lets get the ball rolling!

●Please feel free to leave me feedback after you have received your item.

●I would love to see pictures of if you can attach a photo along with your feedback, that would be SUPER! I would love to see you in my apparel or struttin one of my accessories!

●I try to leave feedback as soon as possible.
I love doing custom orders. If you would like something custom made please convo me!
