At Country Accents by NJB, we feature a great selection of primitive, folk art, and country decor from our working studio in Easthampton, Massachusetts. For over 26 years, I have poured over new designs drawing on my love of all things country. I pay special attention to value for the dollar and offer my customers quality products at very fair prices. We pride ourselves on the highest level of product and service. We hope to add you to our growing list of satisfied customers. We strive for 100% satisfaction for all of our customers.

Payment

I accept Paypal, and money orders, and credit card or debit card payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your Credit Card.

5% sales tax will be added to Paypal invoices for MA residents.

Shipping

Most of our items will be shipped through USPS, priority mail. We do use UPS on occasion if we find the price to be more economical.

Our shipping price does not include insurance or signature confirmation. If you would like to add either of these services, please contact us before posting payment and we will send you a revised invoice. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Please make sure your address is correct in Etsy and Paypal. We cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses. If your purchase is a gift we will gladly send it to them and will include a gift card. Please let us know where you want it sent and what you would like to say on the card in the ‘message to seller’ box, otherwise we will send it to the address registered with Paypal.

The shipping costs listed are for shipping in the contiguous United States.

Please contact us for international shipping rates. International buyers are responsible for any additional fees i.e. duty or taxes. Please do not ask us to mark as a gift or under-value the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be pleased with your order!

If for any reason you aren't, please let me know within 5 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to work out the problem including refunding the full price of the problem item as soon as it is returned to us.

Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs.

We welcome custom orders. Please allow 2 weeks for crafting time!

We love feedback! If you have a problem with anything, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. We will strive to make it right.

We do not wholesale at this time.

None of my items are intended for children and have not been tested.
