Payment

Payment is due at time of purchase. Items are shipped once payment is received. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

All items are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is included in the purchase price. Regular shipping on items $25.00 or less. On items over $25.00 I get a tracking number and insurance on the item.

Items are packed in bubble wrap, boxed and shipped in padded envelopes.

There is the possiblity that items shipping out of Canada may be subject to added customs fees and surcharges and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are final sale except...

In the event that an item arrives damaged please let me know within 7 days of receipt of the item. I hope this doesn't happen but if it does I will: accept the return of the item and refund your payment, offer to replace the item or offer to repair the item and ship it back to you at my expense.

Occasionally our wonderful postal service misplaces an item. In this case I will refund your payment or offer you an alternative item. Once I receive confirmation that the item has been delivered to the recipients address I consider the item in your hands and no refunds will be given.
