Welcome

All Bella Moon jewellery is carefully hand-crafted in Melbourne, Australia. I strive to create wearable art for all occasions, with emphasis on great design, excellent finishes and quality materials.

Most of my work is created through an organic process - idea, perhaps a sketch, materials - then put together and tweaked until it is finished.

I also make designs to order in just about any material or in any stone / pearl you desire. Please contact me with your wishes and for a quote.

Payment

I accept Paypal and, if necessary, direct bank deposit.

Prices are listed in United States Dollars, which have been converted from Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate. Prices are subject to alteration without notice to reflect the fluctuating exchange rate, however listed price at the time of purchase is the purchase price.

International customers (outside Australia) will be responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred.

Shipping

All items up to 500 grams sent within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $6.00 (USD), using regular Australia Post Express Post, or $8.50 (USD) using Australia Post Express Post Platinum.

Goods will be sent within 48 hours from receipt of payment and you will be notified once they have been dispatched. Deliveries to Australian metropolitan areas are generally delivered within one business day of postage, with a 2-3 day delivery time for rural and regional postcodes. Any delays that may occur during busy seasons or directly related to Australia Post is beyond my control.

Please state any special delivery instructions – they will be noted on your parcel.

Free shipping is offered within Australia on all purchases over $250 USD.

International Shipping

All international items will be sent via Australia Post Registered International Post and dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of payment.

Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 3 to 10 working days however I do not take responsibility for delays caused by postal services.

Refunds and Exchanges

Bella Moon does not offer refunds on returned jewellery, except in the unlikely event that a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical item. If it is necessary to refund, it will be done so by arrangement with the purchaser.

Returns and exchanges on full price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of the date of dispatch for items. Items must be in 100% new condition, have not been worn or altered and have all tags and additional inserts still attached. All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging that they were sent in, including any additional inserts. All items being returned must be accompanied by the original Bella Moon proof of purchase that you received with your item.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items so please choose carefully.

Returns that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given. Determination of the condition of an item will be at the complete discretion of Bella Moon. I strongly advise all customers to check pieces thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

If you wish to exchange a piece, you will only be credited if the piece you wish to exchange is less than or equal to the total amount of your first purchase, excluding postage.

If the item you wish to purchase is more than the total amount of the returned item, excluding postage, you will be required to pay the balance. In the event that this occurs Bella Moon will contact the purchaser to obtain details of method of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender. Return postage will be charged to the purchaser at the rate of AUD$8.50 (within Australia). For costs of return postage and handling on international orders please contact Bella Moon.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded under any circumstances.

I offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of $3.50(USD) for purchases up to $250(USD) and free thereafter.
