Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS - insurance is not available, but tracking numbers will be provided.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item breaks due during normal usage, I will be happy to either fix it, replace it or refund it for up to 1 year from purchase - a receipt is required on all items older than 30 days.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to accept consignment orders.
If the item is a gift, special packaging can be arranged for a small fee by email.
My house is pet friendly (I currently have cats) and smoke free.
