Payment

Payment will only be accepted via PayPal for all customers outside Australia. You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal, just a credit or debit card.

Australian customers also have the option of paying by direct bank transfer and details will be sent to you after checkout with Etsy. This method will take a little longer as I need to send you my details before payment can occur and payment usually takes 1-2 days to reach my bank account.
Please complete payment or contact me for details at the time of transaction. I appreciate payment in 1-2 days. If I have had no communication and no payment in 7 days your sale will be cancelled so I can re-list the item.

Items will be shipped once I have confirmation of a cleared payment.

Shipping

All shipping will be via regular airmail Australia Post postal service unless otherwise specified in an individual Etsy conversation. Packages will be sent within one working day of cleared payment.

Postal insurance is not provided but can be arranged at an additional cost if required. Contact me for a quote. I am also happy to send by registered post for an additional cost.

I am shipping from Australia. Most packages would be expected to arrive in 7-14 days but occasionally there may be additional unexpected delays for international customers.

Please make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout. If your address on Etsy differs from your PayPal address please make a note to seller at the time of Etsy checkout otherwise your package may be delayed as I confirm your address with you by Etsy convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

I aim to provide you with an exceptional service. If you are not happy with the quality of the product you receive please email so that will can come to a resolution on this.
On purchasing any item you agree to the method of shipping and take responsibility for any damages that may occur during this process of shipping.
