Welcome

絆 (kizuna) is a Japanese word meaning "ties," or "bonds." The meaning is figurative, and can be generally translated as "friendship."

We're a group of four friends, in different parts of the world, who have come together to create this shop on Etsy. We each have different forms of art, and hope that you will find something here that you enjoy. We try to offer a wide variety of items, so hopefully you won't leave empty-handed!


Siobhain currently teaches kindergarten in Seoul, South Korea. She dabbles in all kinds of artsy things - her current passion is knitting, but she also makes jewelry, both metal and with cords/beads. Occasionally she even forgets that she can't draw and attempts to paint something. Other than that, her time is spent listening to music and attempting to cure her cat's annoying habit of licking people's noses.

Bethany is a post-grad student in Belfast, Northern Ireland. When she's not burying her nose in books, she loves making jewelry. She really enjoys experimenting with all kinds of materials and designs. She also spends a great deal of time keeping her overly inquisitive shih-tzu from mistaking her creations for chew toys!

Payment

Paypal only, please!

Payment must be made within seven(7) days of purchase, or items will be relisted. Items will not be shipped until payment has been made.

Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If the customer has requested ASAP shipping, no refunds will be allowed.

Shipping

Please be advised that, because each of our members is in a different place, shipping times and prices may vary. We will do our best to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible, so please be patient. However, if you have a concern, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges

We at Kizuna will make every effort to make sure that your item arrives in pristine condition, but if for some reason your item is damaged, please send it back to us. We will refund the purchase price of your item on receipt. Please note that, due to variations in international posting options, there might be a time delay in this process. Please bear with us, but feel free to contact us with any concerns.

Some of our listings are customizable, and if they are, the options will be detailed in the listing. Please include your specifications for customization in the seller's message. Note that some customizations will involve a change in the listed price of the item. ANY changes to pricing will be discussed with the buyer. If you have a question about a custom order, please contact us and the appropriate artist will get back to you regarding your order.
