Geminita is owned and operated by Carrie Abrahamsen in San Antonio, Texas. Every original artwork is painstakingly and lovingly crafted and every print is signed and sealed lovingly inside an elegant decorated envelope. Customer service is my highest priority, so if there is any way that I can accommodate you, just let me know.

Payment

PayPal, Personal Check and Postal Money Order are happily accepted. The item will ship promptly once payment is in the clear. International customers must pay via PayPal in domestic currency. Payment is appreciated within 7 days for speedy service.

Shipping

Geminita always ships free! Prints are sent via the USPS First Class. All other merchandise is sent via USPS Priority Shipping. Unless, of course, another method is preferred. All Original Art and Alchemy items will be shipped and insured to protect both Geminita and the Buyer free of charge. Other items are not insured on a complimentary basis. Purchasing this is highly recommended in the event of postal error. The shipping address on all orders must be confirmed at time of receipt to ensure that your package arrives at the intended destination.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied for any reason it is completely acceptable to return or exchange something as long as the item is in perfect condition. Buyer must send item back within 30 Days of purchase. Delivery Confirmation is highly recommended to prevent postal error.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gift packaging is included with every order. All of our packaging is recycled and hand crafted. Just let us know at the time of your order who you want it to go to, where they live and what you’d like the card to say.
