Welcome to the Imagine With Art Store - thank you for stopping in!

Payment

I accept payment by Paypal and personal check.

I will ship your item after I have received payment. If you change your mind about the order after it is placed, contact me so we can discuss your options.

If I have not received payment within 10 days after the order is placed and have had no other contact from you, I will cancel the order.

Shipping

I ship your item to the address listed in your Etsy receipt, not the address in Paypal so please make sure that is the correct address.

Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after the order has been shipped. Smaller items are shipped in bubble mailers with envelope stiffeners for protection. Larger items are shipped in tubes.

I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You may contact me to enquire about purchasing an insured shipping option. If the package has not arrived in 30 days it will be considered lost.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
