Payment

If you are paying with pay pal we will ship the order within two weeks of the payment confirmation. If using pay pal, please be aware that I will ship to the address listed in your Etsy account not the one connected to your pay pal. If you are paying with a money order we will send out your order within two weeks of receiving your money order.

Shipping

Domestic orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation within 1 - 2 business days after payment is received. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail, please indicate that in the "message to seller" at the time of your purchase and wait for an adjusted invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original packaging. Once we have received the item, we will refund the purchase price (less shipping charges).

We will repair our jewelry for free or replace it with the same item, but you pay for the additional shipping to and from.
