Thank you for visiting my shop! I hope to always provide a great product, great service and quick shipping for all my customers. Please convo me with any questions prior to or after your purchase and I will be happy to help.

HOLIDAYS 2009

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: During the months of December and January it seems packages to Canada seem to take a great deal of time. On average (in the past) packages usually arrive within 6-10 business days. HOWEVER, during these holiday months, it usually takes significantly longer. Packages ordered / shipped past 12-4-09 may not be received in time for Christmas. If you'd prefer, I will be happy to adjust the shipping rates on any item to accommodate expedited shipping. please convo me prior to ordering for this option.

Shipments within the United States take 2-5 days to receive If you need expedited shipping, please convo me for the shipping adjustment prior to ordering.

Payment

We prefer PayPal for it's easy transactions. When paying with PayPal, your order will be packed and shipped within one business day unless otherwise notified or, we are creating a special order for you.

We will also accept a money order or personal check. Money order purchases will ship once the money order has been received. Personal Checks will ship upon the check clearing our account.

NOTE: Because we aim for quick shipping (often same day) order cancellations need to be taken care of immediately.

USA PAYMENT OPTIONS
- PAYPAL (You may use PayPal to pay with credit card, no registration is required)
-Personal Check (shipping occurs only after check has cleared for payment)
-Money Order
* Please leave a note in "message to seller" if you are paying with a check or money order. Check & Money orders must be received within 7 business days(USA only) or order will be cancelled unless an agreement between buyer & seller has been reached.

I will leave feedback for buyers as soon as your payment clears. Please remember to leave feedback for me as well, after your purchase has arrived.

OUTSIDE THE USA (international)

*The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.

* Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or order will be cancelled.

Shipping

We ship USPS ground. Most items shipped within the USA are received within 3-4 business Days.

* International orders requesting expedited shipping: please convo me immediately so that I can send a payment adjustment and process the package to your requests. Packages sent to Canada, Australia and the UK seem to take an average of 16 business days or less in non-holiday seasons. Other countries have taken as long as 2 months. Any international shipments processed with standard shipping will not contain a tracking number.

Anything shipping at a weight over 1 lb. will ship USPS Priority Flat Rate within the USA.

Though other options can be arranged, you must convo me with your request prior to your purchase so that I may adjust the rates accordingly.

I will be happy to combine shipping orders between this store and our other store at www.greytescape.etsy.com per your request

1. All items are shipped next business day or as soon as payment has cleared. The only exception is a special order or item in production which will be mentioned in the listing.

2. Most of the time I will ship via USPS, but larger items may be sent via UPS.

3. If using USPS ground, I will notify you of shipping date. If using a form of shipping that provides a tracking number, you will receive an e-mail with that number.

4. I'll be happy to insure any package for a nominal extra fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available for all items.
- I ship internationally at the lowest rates I can get. What this means is, I have to walk your package(s) into our post office. This gives you the lowest rate but I cannot provide a tracking number.

- For an additional fee, I can insure or add a delivery confirmation. If you'd prefer this option, please convo me with your request.

- International packages take on average 2-3 weeks for delivery but has taken over a month. Please keep that in mind when placing your order. With listed shipping prices for International orders, a tracking number cannot be provided (I walk the packages into the Post Office for mailing). If you would like a tracking number, I will need to ship at a higher price-point in order to purchase shipping online. Please convo me with this request prior to ordering and I will make the appropriate changes to the listing for you to order with the updated shipping price.

- If you need expedited shipping, please convo me before you purchase. I will get the rates updated prior to your purchase in order to accommodate your request whenever possible.

- It is highly recommended that you make purchases during the holiday season at least 1 month in advance in order for international packages to be received. I will make every effort to ship same day if possible.

***** If shipping is ever over-charged by more than $1 and paid through PayPal, I will refund the difference via PayPal. Shipping is always estimated online but is never guaranteed.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges will be accepted only if item is unused, undamaged or there was a problem with workmanship. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Please contact me within 14 days of sale date to discuss any problems with your purchase and I will make every effort to work with you on a solution. Exchanges are shipped at the purchasers expense.
