Thanks for your order!
Art prints are often made to order. In the future, I hope to build a small inventory to expediate orders. Printing is done on archival fine art paper (200 years) or double weight matte paper (archival 100 years), or as per request. Original drawings and sketchs may be more vulnerable to the elements and require more care.
Please allow 2-3 weeks (more if overseas) for shipment. In the spirit of Etsy, I use a local (to me) 1-person home-based art and photo print specialist. Sometimes I have to get in queue. In the case I carry inventory on your item, it will ship next day.

Payment

Orders will be produced and shipped asap after receiving payment. I accept paypal and EMT and personal check. I prefer the first two options over the latter. Cancellations accepted up to 24hrs after order is placed. International orders welcome.

Shipping

Ask me if you wish to add insurance or rush your order. Air mail will be used when applicable... Orders should arrive within a week of being mailed in North America, add another week or two for overseas, but, you know how these things are sometimes. You will be responsible for any custom/duty charges should they happen to be added for some strange reason. I try to recycle/reuse shipping materials and I hope you can do the same! Original artwork and archival prints will be shipped flat where possible; either between boards in a bubble envelope, or in a plastic sleeve inside a stiff cardboard envelope. Posters will be sent in a tube and as such shipping costs are slightly higher

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges. Items are packed and shipped with the utmost care. In the rare case, an item is lost or damaged in the mail, it's not really my fault. Ask me nicely, and we can work something out to make up for any mishap. Thanks!
