Little Red is built on the philosophy of the Little Red family. Everyone who purchases joins a wonderful unique family, where we all love and appreciate our individual Little Red creations... So get shopping and join the family...

Payment

Little Red accepts Pay Pal payments only. Once the amount owed has cleared within Pay Pal, your item will be disptached.

Shipping

All items will be dispatched within 5 working days. All deliveries within the UK are FREE and are sent Royal Mail Recorded first class delivery, and a signature will be required. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Items to the EU and rest of the world will be sent Airmail, and delivery charges will apply. The shipping charges will be given in the product description for each item. Once item has been dispatched please allow 10 days for orders going to Europe and rest of the world.

Please note that Little Red is not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt of the item, should you like to return it for a full refund; please contact Little Red with 5 days, where a returns address provided. Products are returned at your own risk of loss or damage, so you should wrap them securely and we recommend that if you are in the UK, they are returned using Royal Mail recorded delivery. Products must be returned to us in an unused state. No refund will be given until the item is received by us, or if products are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.

However, you cannot return your order if the products ordered by you are customised or made to your personal specifications. Such orders may only be returned if the products are defective and Little Red is notified within 5 days. They may not be returned if damaged in delivery or through normal wear and tear.

Liability.
Little Red will not be liable for damage, loss or destruction after items have been delivered, or through normal wear and tear.
