Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours via the following :
Australian Customers:
Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit accepted
If you are located in Perth, payment must be made in full should you wish to collect your item(s)
International Customers:
Paypal only
Please contact us if you are not able to make your payment immediately or wish to collect your item(s) direct
Shipping
We at The Savannah Room believe everyone has the right to enjoy a unique piece of loveliness !
We ship worldwide via Australia Post and what's more, if your item is ready made (as stated in item description), your parcel will be sent within one business day !
Where items are made to order, please kindly allow up to 15 business days plus shipping time for your item to be handmade. Whilst your item(s) will usually be completed a lot sooner, we do allow the additional time frame to perfect your piece of handmade loveliness, as this is what separates our store from those items on a factory product line !
Or should you require your item(s) sooner, please send a convo & we are more than happy to accomodate you !
Local Pick-Up:
If you are located in Perth, Western Australia, you are more than welcome to collect your item(s) from our studio in Morley (north of the river) otherwise we are more than happy to mail to you
Australia Wide:
We will ship your item(s) via Australia Post Regular. If you would like Insurance or Express Delivery, please make a note upon checkout and we will send you a revised invoice with the additional costs.
International:
Your item(s) will also be shipped via Australia Post Regular Economy.
If you would like Insurance and/or upgraded shipping options, please contact us and we will send you a revised PayPal invoice with the additional costs.

Registered Post and/or Insurance is currently not available in some countries
Whilst every care is taken to provide the appropriate packaging / form of postage for your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for how your item is handled once it leaves our studio

Refunds and Exchanges
The Savannah Room takes pride in the products created therefore refunds and exchanges are not given unless:
The product is the incorrect product, size, as stated / shown in the item listing photographs
You feel the product / item description was incorrect
In which case, please contact us via convo within 30 days of receipt and prior to leaving feedback so we can do our best to help you !
In the meantime, you can keep the product(s) you received & the correct product(s) will be sent to you at no further cost
Please note : Fabric pattern placement / stitching may vary per design
Unfortunately, whilst we take care to make sure colours are not misinterpreted or altered, colours may vary according to your screen
