Welcome

My shop consists of myself alone, and therefore my capacity for baking quantities is limited each week. My kitchen is completely gluten-free, and I work only with ingredients that I find to be of the best for attaining the quality I require.

I'll only accept orders for cupcakes, muffins, and (some) tarts if you are in the Houston area, since these items are delicate and often require refrigeration. Please contact me for custom orders - I love creating special orders!

ALL OF MY GOODS ARE COMPLETELY GLUTEN-FREE!
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and some cross-contaminated oats. Unfortunately, some of us are unable to ingest gluten due to conditions like Celiac Disease, Autism, and gluten intolerance.

Payment

At this point I am only accepting PayPal as a method of payment. Payments are expected at the time of ordering.

Shipping

I ship via USPS Priority within the US only. Shipments are made on Mondays, since my baking is done mostly on the weekends. Once the order is shipped, I will contact you with the tracking information. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days.

Unfortunately, I prefer not to ship internationally because of the multiple variables involved, as well as excessive shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since all of my products are perishable goods, once they have been baked, there is no going back! If you decide to change your mind and swap one type of cookie for another, for example, please contact me as soon as possible or it may be too late!

If for some unforeseen reason, your package arrives mangled, I can work with you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you would like to order a custom item, special order, alchemy, etc. please make sure that the request is made AT LEAST one week in advance. I have limited time each week, so I will need as much planning time as possible to make sure that I can fulfill your order.
