Since you are reading these policies, you are possibly of a curious nature. Please send me a message if you have any questions, concerns, or feedback at any time during your explorations and/or purchases.

Payment

At this time, I only accept Paypal and credit cards via Paypal. Please pay within 24 hours. Any purchases where there has been no payment in 3 days will be cancelled, but I will try to contact you before this happens.

Missouri residents will have to pay sales tax on their purchase.

I'm also open to trades. Just contact me with your information and your ideal trade and we can go from there.

Shipping

I will usually ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via USPS. Therefore, your purchase will ship within three business days of receipt of payment. Custom items may require extra time and I will send you the timeframe with your price quote.

Unless directed otherwise, I will ship to your address provided on Etsy, so please make sure it is accurate. However, let me know in the comments section of your purchase or in a conversation message if you would like me to ship it somewhere other than this address. If you are sending a gift and would like me to enclose a message, you can also let me know and I'd be happy to enclose a card so they know who to thank!

Refunds and Exchanges

All refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please let me know within a few days of receiving your item(s) if there are any problems before you leave any feedback for my shop, as your happiness is vitally important to me and I'll do my best to remedy any problems.
