Payment

I gladly accept Paypal and Money Order payments at this time.

Shipping

I will ship your order upon receipt of the payment. For PayPal purchases: any orders that remain unpaid after 5 days, will result in a cancellation of the transaction and the item(s) will be re-listed in my shop. I will always send out friendly reminders so you don't miss out.

I use Canada Post to ship my goodies to you. Generally (depending on size of course) it will be shipped via Small Packet. Shipping times: about 2 weeks to get to U.S. destinations, 1 week or so to Canadian destinations - convo me for International times. These are not guaranteed and will be dependant on the postal service. Should you require your shipment sent in a more timely fashion, please let me know prior to purchase. I will "RESERVE" the item(s) for you, and update shipping costs directly in the listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pride myself on providing the best customer service possible. Should you wish to return an item, please contact me. I will accept returns but only if there has been communication of the issue. At that time I will provide you with an Return Authorization number and will credit your purchase upon receipt. Unfortunately, I do not refund shipping charges at this time
