At Way Better Cards we do everything we can to make sure that you have a smooth transaction with great communication! If you have a question or comment about our products, please contact us before you make a purchase so that we can help to answer your concerns.

We believe that our cards are unique and that you are sure to be pleased with your purchase.

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received and you have not contacted us back to arrange payment, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item(s) you have purchased.

Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped either the day of or day after payment is made. We ship our items by way of USPS and it usually takes 3-7 days to receive your purchase.

If you item is being shipped internationally, please allow up to 6 weeks for your item to be delivered. Buyer is responsible for any customs or duties according to the laws of their country.

Because our packages are small, we can not insure them or track them. If you would like insurance or a tracking number, please let us know in the buyers comments section, or send us a convo, and we will gladly upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. If you have already paid, we will send you a revised invoice for the price of the upgraded shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges are accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer no-hassle returns. Product must be in original packaging.

Feedback will be left as soon as we have confirmation that you have received your purchase. We wait to give feedback in case there are any issues that need to be resolved.

Indiana residents will be charged 7% for tax purposes.
