Welcome

All droplet creations are for your personal use only. They may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing, selling, reselling and altering. Sharing electronic files with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Payment

If we do not receive payment or notice of a payment on the way within one week, we will cancel your order. We will email first to check, but will go ahead and cancel if we do not hear back within a day or two of this notification.

Please note that we are required by law to collect state sales tax from California residents. This is calculated within PayPal when you complete the payment process. The amount is difficult to calculate for different regions of CA, so PayPal will charge a flat rate of 8.25% for all California residents.

Shipping

All files will be emailed to you within 48 hours of payment, to your email address provided by Etsy. If you would like your files emailed to a different address, just let us know in your notes to seller.

Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital files. If there is a problem with your file, send us a message and we will do what we can to help you out.
