Hi there,
Dream Knight atelier is a duo if artistic people, Mad Hatter and Magpie.
We have an interest in BJD's and design and make our own clothing for them, Mad Hatter is a whizz at face ups and takes commissions.
Recently we've branched into sculpting and have designed and are into making OOAK figures.

With inspiration coming from all over the world especially the far east, gothic, victorian and steampunk influences, you can expect a range of interesting items with an eclectic flavour.

Where possible we recycle packaging materials, every little helps!

Payment

I prefer to use Paypal for non-uk transactions.
Within the UK i can accept cheques, items will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.

Payment within 7 days please.
BJD Commission items including face-ups: 1/3 payment as a non refundable deposit.

Shipping

i use a courier service: DHL, UPS etc for non UK parcels as they are cheaper and more reliable.
Within the UK i may use Parcelforce for larger or heavier items.

Special shipping requests are available, just ask.

Refunds and Exchanges

Parcels will usually be insured against damage, however some of the figures are fragile and even with careful packaging may receive slight damage beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure this doesn't happen.

If you are unhappy with your item, it may be returned and once received you will be refunded.

Some items will not be eligable for return or refund, these will have the information on the listing.

We cannot be held responsible for lost in the post items,this shouldn't happen with courier services but may in the case of standard postage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Face-ups and commissions will involve a consultation process to ensure close satisfaction with the finished item.

We offer gift wrapping at a minimal charge (the cost of the wrapping supplies)

We are a smoke free but not pet free home, although animals are kept away from the work area.

We welcome all enquiries, need anything, just ask ^__^

On occaision we run charity listings for UK and worldwide charities.
