Welcome

All items sold in the shop are hand made by me. In some cases I use "findings" which I do not make but I keep that to a minimum. I do make craft items in volume but try to give each piece something unique. Art items are usually unique.

Payment

In general, I will ship immediately (within one business day) after payment is made. I always declare the full value of each item and you are responsible for taxes and duties applicable in your country/state.

Shipping

I prefer to use the postal system rather than commercial carriers - there is a lot less hassle over Customs. However, for large items this may not be possible. In those cases I will discuss shipping with you beforehand.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make every attempt to describe and show all items accurately but sometimes misunderstandings do occur. If it is within my power I will make every effort to make you happy.

Please note: many carriers will NOT insure handmade items beyond a value of $100. When shipping more valuable items I will work with you to ensure appropriate shipping insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will make a similar item to any item listed here under commission unless it says otherwise in the description. I require 50% of the purchase price in advance and will give you an estimate delivery at that time. Please remember that many of the items you see here are made from "seasoned" wood and that process can take up to several months.
