i will generally mail your order the next day, unless there is a holiday or sunday. otherwise, your order will be mailed the next available day the post office is open.

Refunds and Exchanges

please convo me if you would like to make a return or exchange or if you are in any way dissatisfied, and we can work it out. if you want to make a return, i will be happy to refund your money once i have received the item in the mail.

Additional Policies and FAQs

because i am just one person and i have a day job, i am capable of making custom orders but i can only handle a few at a time. if you do make a custom order, i will finish it as quickly as i am able (give me at least a few days for small orders, or a week for larger ones).
