Each individual ceramic piece of LOVE you see here is carefully made by me to bear a message and or to mark a moment in our life.

As I would love all of you who browse or purchase my work to enjoy my personal creation, I constantly ensure each piece is in good condition before it reaches you.

Made by hand, no two pieces of my work will be the same. There might even be some imperfection. The pictures you see may vary from the actual item received since each piece is individually hand made.

Payment

I only accept PAYPAL as the payment method.

I will ship to PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY. If shipping address differs Please make sure to add a note to me during checkout process. Otherwise, shipping time will be delayed.

I DO NOT send to P.O. BOX.

A Bank Transfer option is available for Singaporean Customers.

Upon receipt of payment, your item will be shipped immediately thereafter.

I will request for a non-refundable payment up front for all custom orders.

Care for your items.
My handmade items are for decorative purpose only and it cannot be put in the dishwasher or used in the microwave. Please wipe gently to preserve the your item!

Custom Orders
I am most glad to customize any orders just for you. All custom orders will ship within 2 - 3 weeks from the time your order is placed and payment is received. Prices may vary depending on the details of piece.

Shipping

All items will be carefully packaged to protect your pieces from damage during transit.

Transit Times for normal order are as follows:

To Everywhere Else ........................14-18 working days

I made these pieces with pride and I want you to be happy with your purchase!

Unfortunately, I do not accept exchange or refunds. However, if you have any problem with your item, please contact me within 3 days upon receiving your item and I’ll try to see how I can help.
