Shipping

-SHIPPING and DELIVERY

All items are shipped within 2 business days of payment unless otherwise noted in the item listing. For domestic (US) mail, my default shipping is USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Certain items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation because of size, weight, and/or fragile nature. For international (outside of the US) mail, my default shipping carrier is USPS Global Priority Mail.

I will notify you when your item is shipped and also send a Delivery Confirmation tracking number so that you can approximate the delivery date. Generally, USPS First Class Mail takes 4- 7 days for arrival. USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 3 days for arrival. International shipping varies according to your location.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please let me know in the "Note to Seller" section during checkout and I will follow-up with a PayPal invoice for the increased charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

-RETURN POLICY

Sorry but I do not grant refunds or returns except in the case of seller's error, such as wrong shipment. If you are very unhappy with your purchase, an exchange may be possible. Please contact me immediately through Etsy Conversations or at my email address provided during checkout, and I will try to rectify the situation. You are responsible for paying all shipping fees when exchanging an item. As a precaution, items being exchanged should be shipped with Delivery Confirmation as I will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
