Welcome to my crafty site at bluepianocat!! In my store I strive to provide you with homemade items that are made with the same careful stitches that I would make for my own family. Here you will find crocheted items along with quilting and sown clothing. Please check out all my auctions and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Payment

I accept PayPal and will expect to be paid within 3 days. If you pay with a check, I will let it clear my bank before sending out the purchased item. There will not be any taxes added to the payment.

Shipping

I ship with USPO and will try to get you the best possible price. Whether it is parcel post or a flat rate, I will strive to make sure you don't pay more in shipping than what it costs to get it there. If you wish to have insurance on your purchased item, please let me know at the time of purchase, and I will add that to the shipping price. I do provide delivery confirmation so that both you and I know when it was shipped or accepted. I also sell internationally.

If you are buying baked goods...please read item description for when I ship. I will use 2 day priority mail for my baked goods.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept refunds only if the item is defective. I will not include refunds if the package was lost or damaged in shipping.
