Welcome to Paulabirdy, my happy little birdy shop! My non-birdish items have been moved to http://paulagibbs.etsy.com so that this shop can specialize in alpha-birdy-bet letters, bird gocco prints, and a few other special projects in the works.

Payment

I prefer PayPal (please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase!) but will also accept checks and money orders. All checks must clear before I ship your order, so please keep in mind that your order's shipment date may be significantly delayed if you are paying by check.

If you are using PayPal and I have not received payment one day after your purchase, I will send a reminder by convo. If I have still not received payment two days later, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Prompt payment is very much appreciated!

Shipping

PRINTS

All prints are enclosed in clear sleeves and sent in rigid mailers.

I ship via USPS First Class within the U.S. and internationally. All international customs and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Because I have a small baby, I ship on Fridays only. If you need an item more quickly, please send me a convo and I will try to accommodate you.

Also, please note that I ship to your ETSY mailing address. If this is a gift for someone else, I will happily send the package directly to them if you enter their address in Etsy at checkout and indicate in the comments that your order should be shipped to a 2nd party.

ORIGINALS

Original drawings and paintings that do not fit into my standard mailers may be sent through a different carrier and have additional fees. Special shipping instructions or fees will be noted in the listing.

COMBINED SHIPPING

If you are making purchases from both http://paulagibbs.etsy.com and http://paulabirdy.etsy.com, I will combine orders and refund the extra shipping charges. Please convo me immediately after you have placed orders in both shops to let me know that they should be shipped together. I will send the shipping refund by PayPal only.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because the shop is closing, there are no refunds or exchanges. Please keep in mind that computer monitors vary, so the colors you see on your screen may not exactly match the colors of the print or painting!

I am happy to accept custom orders as my schedule permits, so please fill out an Alchemy request or send a convo or email to paulabirdy (at) gmail (dot) com if you are interested in commissioned work. I require full payment in advance.
