Well hi there! Welcome to A Sailor's Girl! Can I get you a cup of tea or coffee? Maybe some water? No? Ok well please let me know if you have any questions. All of my yarns are one of a kind, single dye lots. If you would like more than one skein of a particular color in a particular weight, please convo me with details and we will go from there! Same with stitch markers- Im happy to create a custom marker set for you.

Payment

Payment is accepted via paypal only, and is expected at the time of purchase. I will re-list an item if payment is not received within 2 days of purchase.

California residents please note paypal will add 8.25% sales tax to your total.

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class mail within 48 hours of payment (though many orders go out the next day). I am happy to upgrade to USPS Priority for you if you are willing to pay the extra to make up the difference! Please let me know at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction with your purchases is very important to me. I do my best to ensure listings and photos accurately represent the item being sold. If you receive something that is not what you expected, please let me know.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase I will accept a return of the item in original condition and will refund the purchase price (less shipping) within 14 days of purchase.
