Thank-you for supporting Arlington Dog Owners Group by shopping here! We hope you enjoy your purchases and that you will check back often to see what is new.

Payment

PayPal payments are expected within 24 hr of placing your order. If you cannot do this, or have chosen "Money Order", please convo us within 24 hr to discuss payment schedule.

If you live in Massachusetts, please add 5% state sales tax for taxable items (on purchase price only). This tax does not apply to clothing for people, but will apply to many other items. After placing your order, please wait for a revised invoice before paying. For clothing, or for non-Mass buyers, you can pay right away through PayPal.

Shipping

Generally, quoted shipping prices are for first class shipping with tracking. For U.S. shipping, insurance is included in some expensive or breakable items, such as watches. For other items, insurance is available as an option. If you'd like insurance, please indicate this in a Message to Seller and we will send a revised invoice. Also, if you'd like to upgrade to a faster shipping method, such as Priority or Express in the U.S., please indicate this in the Message to Seller and, again, we will send a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy here, so please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. Please follow our return policy: Notify us within 3 days of receipt and return postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new condition with tags and packaging. We cannot provide a refund for an item we do not receive back. For canceled sales, we reserve the right to deduct fees we've had to pay for the transaction. Normally this would be Paypal fees only, since Etsy should reverse their commission.
